Using Clever Bean
You must be at least eighteen years old and authorised by your company to request services or share business information with Clever Bean.
Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025. If you have a signed order form or master services agreement, those terms will govern to the extent of any conflict.
Customer data
You retain all rights to customer or business data you share with Clever Bean. We process that data to respond to requests, deliver services, or meet legal obligations.
Intellectual property
Clever Bean owns its website, documentation, product copy, and brand assets. You may not reuse them without permission.
Service commitments
Specific service commitments, deliverables, approval workflows, and timelines are described in the relevant proposal, order form, or service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate paid services according to the terms in the relevant agreement. Website access may be limited if these terms are violated.
