Using Cleverbean
You must be at least eighteen years old and authorised by your company to access Cleverbean. You agree to keep credentials confidential and follow our acceptable use guidance.
Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025. If you have a signed order form or master services agreement, those terms will govern to the extent of any conflict.
Customer data
You retain all rights to customer data you load into Cleverbean. We process that data only to deliver the services, support you request, or meet legal obligations.
Intellectual property
Cleverbean owns the platform, documentation, and brand assets. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the services during your subscription.
Service commitments
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans and provide incident updates through the status page. Credits or remedies are described in your order form or service addendum.
Termination
Either party may terminate for cause if the other party fails to cure a material breach within thirty days of notice. Upon termination we delete customer data according to our retention policy.
