- Provide customer support, professional services, and compliance reporting when requested.
Your controls
- You can access, update, or delete profile information from the workspace settings panel.
- Request data exports or deletion by emailing privacy@cleverbean.com. We respond within thirty days.
- Opt out of marketing updates at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message.
Security and compliance
- Cleverbean maintains SOC 2 Type II controls and is aligned to ISO 27001 practices.
- Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with keys managed through dedicated vault services.
- We sign Data Processing Agreements and support regional addenda for EU, UK, and Canada.
